Handy Help uses a unique team-based approach which allows us to more aptly meet the needs of the people we support. Our teams consist of a manager which oversees the team leader. Team leaders oversee the rest of the team, generally comprising 3-4 staff members.  This approach makes the entire team available for consumers instead of having one primary worker that works exclusively with that individual. This way the entire team knows how to provide support for a plethora of individuals and the individuals get the benefit of staff members working in conjunction and come up with creative ideas to support people in their lives.
